Hopefully Ross, you will have more time to wet the line, and being the decent bloke that you are I am you will leave us a fish or two in the bay!
Ross has handed over his role to the very capable Jake Murray. Welcome aboard Jake and thank you for having a crack at filling your predecessor’s very capable shoes.
Saturday April 1st
Stableford - Mens
98 players out and about today with some cracker scores to boot. A Grade winner was Norm Marks with 40 points just beating out Jake Norris on a countback. B Grade Cliff Taylor took out top spot with 40 points with Steven Dew runner up on 38. C Grade winner was Chad MacGregor with another 40 points beating out Chris McGown on 38.
Stableford - Womens
Cindy Carr was Queen of the Course today with 39 just beating out Lyn Hosking on a countback.
Sunday March 26th
Stableford
Small field out on the course with Archie Fitzgerlad taking the top spot with a fantastic 42 points and Tyson Arthur was runner up with 36 points.
Tuesday March 28th
Twilight Stableford
Squeezing in another round before daylight savings saw Fred Tammist victorious with 22 points just narrowly beating Steve Forstner on a count back with 22 points also.
Wednesday March 29th
Men's Stableford
A solid field of 71 players making the most of the beautiful conditions for the midweek stableford competition. In A Grade the winner on 38 points was David "Nice Fadey" Wadey, beating Jake Murray on a countback. I bet he's regretting that three putt he had on the 8th. B Grade was won by Kane Williams with a cracking score of 40 points. Tom Dawson wasn't too far away, runner up with 38 points. C Grade winner with 34 points was Bob Sorensen and just behind him with 33 points was Pat Kildea.
Thursday March 30th
Women's Stableford
22 players lit up the course today with Joanne Higgins shining brightest, winning the day on 37 points. Kay Freeth was not far off the pace coming runner up with 35 points.
