Sunday 30th March
Mixed Stableford
Codey Marchesi enjoyed his round coming in with a neat 36 points with Dylan Vonderwall nipping at his heels on a tidy 35 points.
Wednesday 2nd April
Men's Stableford
In A Grade we had a countback that saw Clinton Scharfe beat David Wadey, both players swinging a groovy 38 points.
In B Grade Ben Jaensch scores big with a whooping 42 points. Runner up with a nifty 40 points was Mark Cooper.
In C Grade Joe Sheehy gets it done with a handy 39 points followed by Mike Munro coming in with a sweet 36 points.
Thursday 3rd April
Ladies Opening of Winter Season - Stableford
New captain Lyn Hosking officially opens the winter season with the first drive off the first tee. Winner for the day decided by a countback which saw Helen George beat out Heather Darley, both golfers finishing with a hard fought 33 points.
Saturday 5th April
Port Lincoln Golf Open
We had a massive field of 130 competitors today up for the challenge in a tight race to take out the Port Lincoln Golf Open Trophies.
Women's Open
With an 85 off the stick the winner of the Open was Reeta Devi. Runner up with a score of 88 was Cindy Carr, just beating Helen George on a countback.
The winner of the nett with a solid nett 73 was Jo Higgins followed by Helen George with a nett 74.
Men's Open
In A Grade our Open winner was Timothy Branford who defeated Gavin Cheriton in a playoff on the 9th, both players shooting an impressive 75 off the stick. Nett winner was Jake Norris with a cracking nett 67. Runner up in nett was Dave Wadey with a delightful nett 68.
In B Grade our Open winner was Matthew de Veer coming in with a mighty 81 off the stick followed by Ben Jaensch on a lovely 82 off the stick. Nett winner decided by a countback was Brett Baker over Nick Callery, both golfers golfed to a golfy nett 69.
In C Grade our Open winner was David Norman getting around the course in 87 shots. Runner up was Garry Downey. Nett winner was Stephen Paech with a hard fought nett 76 followed by Rhyce Beinke.
