Sunday 31st December
Mixed Stableford - Sponsored by Eyre Computers
Ben Abley wins the final round of 2023 with a score of 37 points. Runner up was James Blewit on 36 points.
Monday 1st January
Mixed Stableford
Daniel Brown starts the new year with a solid 40 points, just behind Ben Abley showing good form with 38 points.
Tuesday 2nd January
Twilight Stableford
Winning with a clean round of 20 points was Ally Russell followed by Stephen Rees on 18 points.
Wednesday 3rd January
Men's Stableford - Sponsored by Eyre Refrigeration
We had a field of eager golfers with 100 players competing in the competition.
In A Grade we had some terrific scores with Jack Humphries winning the day with an incredible 44 points, just behind him was Adam Sullivan with a not too shabby 43 points.
In B Grade winning with a cracker round of 41 points was Michael Schoeman. Runner up just one off the pace was Steven Forstner on 40 points.
In C Grade we had a countback which saw George Smith beat Haydon Manning, both with excellent rounds of 39 points.
Thursday 4th January
Women's Stableford - Sponsored by Evoke
Score of the day goes to Carolyn Cocks with a brilliant 42 points. Runner up with a cracker round herself was Lyn Hosking with 41 points.
Saturday 6th January
Women's Stableford - Sponsored by EP Cleaning
Early soggy conditions affected the players. Kaye Jaensch takes out the top spot with 31 points. Runner up was Helen George getting through with a round of 29 points.
Men's Stableford - Sponsored by Midsec
In A Grade Haydn "Skinny" Myers enjoyed the drizzly weather scoring a ripping 40 points. Runner up was Phillip Remphrey with a neat 37 points.
In B Grade there was a countback with Marcus Dennis over Peter Fare, both with a great round of 38 points.
In C Grade Mark Rowett had the score of the day with a tremendous 41 points with David Krollig getting the silver with a score of 36.
